The market is going our way. As expected the over reaction to the US employment data on Friday, has now been unwound.

The US dollar remains remarkably vulnerable to a sharp fall at any moment.

The AUD and NZD are due for some profit taking selling pressure, perhaps back 30 or 50 points, but if they can stay firm at current levels this will suggest a very steady stream of yield buying is persisting, and still higher levels are possible this week.
